Pattern Grading
I will create a custom grading plan to transform your base pattern into a full size range, including inclusive sizes. Your patterns will be delivered in A4, A0, and Projector formats, complete with all necessary details (notches, grainlines, folds, etc.) and clearly differentiated sizes organized in layers to ensure precision and ease of use.
Sewing Instruction Illustrations
I will create custom illustrations to accompany your sewing instructions, based on photos and written guidelines. I also offer the option to write instructions, including illustrations, from photos of the finished garment. The illustrations are designed for clarity, using two colors to differentiate the right and wrong sides of the fabric, with the option to add a custom print for a unique touch.
Creation and Layout of Sewing Instructions
I will develop comprehensive and professional sewing instructions based on your pattern and images. I will create a detailed PDF with all the necessary information: size charts, cutting layouts, fabric requirements, finished garment measurements, terminology, and more. Additionally, I can provide custom fitting instructions to ensure your pattern adapts to the widest range of body types, guaranteeing an accessible and precise sewing experience for everyone.

What file formats will I receive after the digitization?
You can receive 2 formats: .ai (Adobe Illustrator original file) and/or PDF (A4, A0, projector file).
How should I send the scanned documents to ensure accurate digitization?
You can send your pattern scanned in large format (a service available at some copy shops) or divided into A4 pages. Contact me using the form, and I’ll explain all the details.
Can I make revisions once the delivery is complete?
Yes, once the pattern is digitized/illustrations are created, I will share the file with you, and you can review it and request any modifications you deem necessary.
What size ranges can be generated from my base pattern?
The size range I will create depends on your size chart and the number of sizes you need.
Can you help me to establish a grade plan if I don't have any experience?
Yes, we'll work together to create a custom grade plan for your pattern
What should I provide to get started with the custom illustrations?

What style are the illustrations? Can they be adapted to my branding?

What does the final PDF I'll recieve for the sewing instructions include?
The final PDF includes: size chart, finished garment measurements, materials list, printing instructions, cutting layout, fabric requirements, and detailed illustrated sewing instructions. Additionally, I can include any specifications you consider necessary.
